SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles CA within 2-3 business days. Orders can sometimes take up to 2 weeks depending on candle availability. We ship with priority mail which is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Tracking notifications are emailed to you as soon as your order is processed.
Once a package is scanned by The Postal Service, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are not responsible for stolen/broken packages and are unable to replace them. We recommend reaching out to your postal service directly if your package is missing/stolen. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
REFUNDS
At Jade And Juniper Goods we make sure our candles are safely and securely packaged. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds/exchanges due to the nature of our products.
